5lb Propane Tank Bag - Vinyl

Our strapless variation is now available & we have passed all of the material and build savings on to you! For those with hard mounts, but still want to keep their tank more concealed, clean, and improve some storage options. Simply select 'strapless' as your mounting option - and be prepared to specify strap positioning if needed. The current pass-through under the hose pocket is centered at 5.5" from the base and will be 1.5" wide. If your hard mount strap is in a different location, relative to the base of the tank - simply put it in your comments when ordering, and we will build it to your specs.

Note: for mounting on a spare tire tread surface, instead of a ladder or rack, please select the spare tire mounting option as the bags are now made in an either/or mounting configuration.

This bag is based on the Worthington/Flame King 5Lb propane tank with dimensions of 8"x12.5." There is some wiggle room in the bag for ease of set-up.

This design has been rigorously tested and has proven to be a strong and stable mounting option. Standing up to 1000's of kms of rough trail driving, impacts against trees and branches.

Made with 18oz PVC coated Vinyl with a Polyester Weave and a 1000D Cordura double layered base, this is the same high quality as my other products.

The zippered lid uses the strong and durable YKK #8 Coil zipper and with double separating pulls to let you position easy lid access where you prefer. This will keep your tank clean while the material washes off easily.

The webbing mounting straps are wrapped around the front of the bag, providing incredible strength, where no mounting relies on stitching, but the continuous strength of a heavy polyester strap system and metal spring buckles.

There are 2 horizontal straps and one vertical.

There are grommets in the hose pouch and the main body to drain water that gets inside.

The front pouch can hold a 10ft extension hose, and a stove adaptor pipe.

This bag mounts to roof rack ladders, PALS style metal panels, Teraflex Alta Carriers and spare tires. For all rack/panel configurations please select the standard mounting option. For use on a spare tire, please select the spare tire option. The mounting method has now been updated to be an either/or configuration.

There is also a carry handle on the side for comfortable carrying while not mounted.

If you would like a combination of two (2) colours, please add to your comments when ordering, what panel you would like to be a certain colour. Overall, select the colour that represents the main body colour. Example: Order a Black, and in the comments write: "Propane Tank Bag with TAN or RED Lid".
