Perfect size for kids to adults. It is comfortably carried by my 7 & 10 year olds (for the last 2 years) - fitting a lunch box, spare clothes, note books, even indoor sneakers in the front drop-in pouch, and a 700ml water bottle in the side pouches. The bag is not too small for an adult to take to university or work - fitting a 14-15" laptop, meals for the day with some room to spare.
